  • Alerts

  • Can be set-up in the DTS® system to give real-time notification of deposit issues like adjustment issues, when deposirts are not deposit prepared, when an armored carrier does not pick-up a deposit, and when a bank does not receive a deposit, etc. These alerts appear on the DTS® home page as well as in your email inbox. SMS text messaging of alerts is also available.

  • Reports

  • There are reporting and analysis tools for DTS® Deposits, Change Orders, and Supply Orders. Reporting and analysis for each module is customized to give you accurate, useful, and real-time information.

  • Communication Tools

  • The DTS® system offers two tools that enhance communication between corporate personnel and store personnel. The DTS® Notes feature is accessed from the deposit search and tracking page and allows personnel to create notes that correspond to a particular deposit. A running log of all notes is kept to help facilitate the process of issue resolution.

    The DTS® system also has a Message Center. The Message Center allows corporate personnel to send out targeted messages to key personnel at store locations to inform them of pertinent cash room related issues. All messages sent using the Message Center will appear as soon as a store employee accesses the DTS® system. These messages can also be sent via SMS text messaging.

  • Armored Carrier Analysis

  • The DTS® system has the ability to provide detailed armored courier analysis as well as a tool that helps retailers optimize their armored carrier schedules.
